Since 1982, Mr. Ciprietti has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. The requirements of attaining such a certification included attending and successfully completing a list of courses and credits and passing an intensive examination.
In order to become a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, the New Jersey Supreme Court requires that the applicant meet specific requirements, as well as the recommendation of other attorneys and judges. In order to maintain the certification, Mr. Ciprietti completes re-certification requirements. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney is an achievement and honor not held by most lawyers in New Jersey.
Mr. Ciprietti was born in Camden, New Jersey and graduated from Bishop Eustace High School before attending College and Law School. He served as the first President of the Woodlawn Terrace Condominium Association for two years protecting the interests of the individual condominium owners. Thereafter, he served as Social Chairman and later President of the Haddon Town Swim club organizing family, social and athletic activities. While a Parishioner of the St. Pius X Parish,Mr. Ciprietti served as a Lector and Representative of the Parish as a Member of the Catholic Regional School Advisory Board promoting the interests of education among our youth. From 2001-2008, he then served as a Trustee of the Avalon Yacht Club supporting sailing, boating and local community activities. As Trustee, Mr. Ciprietti was on the House Committee which operated the restaurant, bar and grill room.
Phil has spent much of his life offering help and guidance and fostering educational and recreational activities for children and adults. Despite a busy legal schedule, Phil found the time to volunteer and work as a little league coach, a certified timer at swim events, and earned a New Jersey State license to coach youth soccer.

During law school, Mr. Ciprietti worked with prominent Pittsburgh area law firms and also worked with the Public Defender’s office. He continued his formal legal education by studying at the Temple University Graduate School of Law and later the Widener University Graduate School of Law.
From 1974-1975, Mr. Ciprietti served a Clerkship with the Honorable Charles A. Rizzi, A.J.S.C. in the Camden County Superior Court.
In September 1975, Mr. Ciprietti began employment in private practice.

Mr. Ciprietti has been approved by the Courts as an Arbitrator for Superior Court Arbitrations in Camden and Burlington counties and has lectured in the areas of Personal Injury and also served on the Burlington County Bar Association Civil Practice Committee.
